Returns & Exchange Policy

At Ashnaa, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our timepieces. We want you to be absolutely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our professional return and exchange process is designed to assist you.

The 'Open-Parcel' Assurance

To ensure complete transparency and trust, Ashnaa allows you to open and inspect your parcel at the time of delivery. We encourage you to check the design and quality before accepting the package to ensure it meets our premium standards.

Return & Exchange Period

  • Our return and exchange window is strictly 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • After 5 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the timepiece must be:

    • In its original, unused condition (no scratches on the glass, case, or strap).

    • In the original Ashnaa premium packaging, including all tags, manuals, and protective films.

    • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange & Design Selection

If you receive your watch and feel the design doesn’t suit your style, we are happy to help.

  • Alternative Designs: We can provide you with a catalog of other available designs for exchange.

  • Price Difference: If the new design is of higher value, the difference must be paid. If lower, the balance will be issued as a store credit for your next purchase.

Delivery Charges

  • Customer Change of Mind: If you wish to return or exchange a product because you don’t like it or want a different design, the return delivery charges must be paid by the customer.

  • Defective/Wrong Product: In the rare case that the product is damaged or the wrong item is sent, Ashnaa will bear all shipping costs for the replacement.

Ashnaa Luxury Warranty (Movement Guarantee)

We stand behind the precision of every timepiece we deliver. To ensure your peace of mind, Ashnaa provides:

  • 6-Month Internal Movement Warranty: We offer a dedicated 6-month warranty covering the internal watch movement. If your watch experiences any technical mechanical issues, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

  • Warranty Exclusions: Please note that this warranty does not cover external damage, including glass breakage, strap wear-and-tear, battery depletion, or water damage resulting from improper use.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 7 working days.
  • Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable.

The Ashnaa Store Credit (Easy Exchange)

For a faster and more flexible experience, we offer Store Credit as an alternative to cash refunds:

  • Lifetime Validity: Upon a successful return, we can issue a digital Gift Voucher or Store Credit for the full product amount.

  • Seamless Shopping: This credit can be used at any time to purchase any other timepiece from our collection, allowing you to upgrade your style whenever you choose without waiting for bank processing times.
