Yes. At Ashnaa, we believe in complete transparency. You are encouraged to open and inspect your parcel in front of the rider before making the payment. This ensures that the timepiece you receive perfectly matches the quality and design shown on our website.
We offer a 5-day return and exchange policy. If you wish to return or exchange your watch, please ensure it is in its original, unused condition with all protective films and premium packaging intact. Please contact our support team within 5 days of delivery to initiate the process.
Every Ashnaa timepiece comes with a 6-month internal movement warranty. This covers any mechanical or technical issues with the watch's movement. Please keep your warranty card or digital invoice safe to claim this service.
If you wish to return or exchange a product due to a change of mind or personal preference, the return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. However, if the product is found to be defective or the wrong item was sent, Ashnaa will bear all delivery costs.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. We can issue the refund via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash, or provide you with Store Credit for your next purchase.
